  1. Soak the cedar planks. One to two hours before grilling, (For best results soak overnight, which leads to complete saturation).
    For Himalayan, Slat Plate place it on grill, gas, or stove and preheat it slowly. 
  2. Heat the grill.
  3. Lay the planks on the grill.
  4. Place your vegetables, meat, seafood... on the planks,
  5. Season and grill at approx 350 degrees until done.
  6. Place cedar planks on serving salt plates for individual servings or interlock planks together to create a large serving platter.
