HOW TO USE A HIMALAYAN SALT COOKING SLAB

  1. Soak the cedar planks. One to two hours before grilling (For best results, soak overnight, which leads to complete saturation).
    Place this salt slab cooking block on the grill, gas, or stove to preheat it slowly. 
  2. Heat the grill.
  3. Lay the Himalayan Salt Cooking Slab on the grill.
  4. Place your food (vegetables, meat, seafood... ) on the salted block,
  5. Season and grill at approx 350 degrees until done.
  6. Place cedar planks on serving salt plates for individual servings or interlock salted blocks together to create a larger cooking plate.
